We want you to be happy with Chef AI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Chef AI subscriptions are sold and billed through our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used to subscribe.
  2. Find the order you want refunded and request a refund from there.
  3. Or email us at hello@chef.ai and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Trials and cancellation

Chef AI Pro includes a 2-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge from the Pro page or via Paddle's customer portal. If you cancel a paid subscription mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; renewal charges stop immediately.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
